On New Year’s Day, the police were called to Lindsay Lohan's home after a trespasser refused to leave the property around her house.
Lohan called the police after an older man refused to leave the property around her home.
Lonnie Short, 64, went to Lohan’s house, according to Fox. Short knocked on the door and he demanded to speak with Lohan.
Lohan did not open the door and she proceeded to call police. The cops showed up around 6:30pm.
According to TMZ, police arrested short for trespassing. Short is now being booked.
According to the Daily Mail, Lohan is going to start 2012 off on a good note after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan that she was doing good at a progress hearing that was held on December 14.
Lohan was praised at her progress hearing, for doing 12 days of janitorial duties at an L.A. morgue. She was also praised for completing five therapy sessions.
Lohan will now have to complete 12 more days of duty at the morgue by her next court date, which falls on January 17.
Craig Harvey, the L.A. Coroner Chief, said that Lohan is low-key and she is the perfect guess. Harvey said that Lohan seems to really enjoy the program.
Lohan has to complete 53 days in total at the morgue, as well as 18 therapy sessions by March. If she fails to do so, then she is facing a possible sentence of 270 days in jail for violating her probation in her theft and DUI cases.
