Munich Re, a German insurer, threw an office part for their best 100 employees. The office party was more of an orgy though.
The office party was thrown because the company wanted to reward the employees for their hard work.
According to the Toronto Star, the party was held at a thermal baths, located in Budapest, Hungary. The people who attended the party were apparently presented with color-coded prostitutes.
Red and yellow wrist bands were worn by the women. One group were the hostesses and the other group was there to fulfill every wish.
There were women who wore white bands and they were reserved for the big bosses at the party.
According to the Telegraph, the party took place back in 2007. The company admitted that they did hire out prostitutes after a concern shareholder found out about the party.
The Ergo executives insisted that the prostitutes get their forearms stamped. The reason for this is because this would be a way to indicate how many sex acts that they did that night, according to some reports.
One German paper said that a participant said that after an encounter, the women were stamped on their lower arm. This was to keep track of how many encounters the women had.
A spokesman for the company said that they usually do not reward their employees and such a fashion. The company went onto say that they had launched a formal investigation into the office party. The spokesman also said that these types of trips were common but the sexual elements of the trip were not normal and was extraordinary.
The company said that the organizers of the party are no longer with the company. The company went onto say that they now have a new code of conduct.
The company has insisted that they took all the proper steps to make sure that such a party does not take place again in the future.
