Celebrate your independence from the kitchen this 1st of July in Canada, and
4th of July in U.S.A. Garlic Steak Kabobs are an easy entrée for summer
celebrations. You'll give them a ten - ten minutes to prepare; ten minutes
to marinate; ten minutes to cook.
Garlic Steak Kabobs
Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 10 min, Cook: 10 min.
For 4 servings:
  • 7 cloves garlic, cut in half lengthwise
  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary, about 1 inch each
  • 1-1/4 lbs. boneless sirloin steaks, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • skewer
  • 4 slices French bread, 1/2 inch thick, toasted and hot
    Prepare grill. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and marinate 10
    minutes. Thread steak cubes, garlic and rosemary alternately onto long
    skewers. Grill 10 minutes over medium heat for medium rare meat or until
    desired doneness, turning skewers occasionally and brushing with
    Worcestershire sauce. Serve warm toast with steak kabobs.
