Are Rihanna and Chris Brown tweeting each other?

Chris Brown and Rihanna may have ended their relationship back 2009 but it now appears that the two are tweeting love messages to each other.

On Thursday a bizarre incident on Twitter took place, when it looked as if the singers secretly tweeted love messages to one another. According to the Celebrity Café, Brown tweeted “Love U more than u know” on Thursday at 11:06 a.m.. At 11:07 a.m. Rihanna tweeted “I’ll always love U #1LOVE.” The tweets were not sent directly to each other, and it is quite possible that the tweets were just a coincidence. Some sources believe that this is not the case because Rihanna would have spotted the tweet Brown tweeted, because Rihanna is following Brown on Twitter. According to the Hollywood Gossip, Rihanna has defended why she follows Brown on Twitter. She said that she is excited for his comeback and that she is just a “fan” of the rapper. Brown’s mother also tweeted something earlier in the month. She tweeted “Hello lady I miss you and love you! You know who you are” and then a short time after that tweet, Rihanna tweeted “miss+love u 2.” The Huffington Post reports that Brown’s mother actually wants Rihanna and Brown to get back together. Rihanna has said in the past that she has moved forward from the 2009 assault that shocked the entertainment world.
