As David Beckham’s LA Galaxy contract draws to a close, Posh and Becks are expected to return to the UK following David’s talks with French club Paris Saint-Germain. He is also expected to have talks with a number of English clubs.
Although sunny California seemed the perfect fit for the Beckham family, Europe appears to be the only other option if Galaxy manager Bruce Arena isn't willing to renew Beckham’s contract.
I honestly believe that letting Beckham slip away will be a decision Bruce Arena will later come to regret, as this year the Englishman once again proved that he can still have an impact in Major League Soccer (MLS).
Beckham collected 15 assists last season – just one less than Houston Dynamo's Brad Davis who topped the list.
The collective leadership of Beckham and Landon Donovan led the Galaxy to their third MLS title last month, although it was only Beckham's first during his five years with the club.
According to the Mail on Sunday, a source said: "David is on the brink of committing to either Paris Saint-Germain or a UK club. He'll make the announcement just after the New Year."
The source also mentioned that David and Victoria intend to look at schools for their boys, who will all be privately educated.
David is adamant that he wants to finish his career in Europe, therefore Victoria will use it as an opportunity to hop between London and Paris to work on her fashion career.
"The advantage of being over here is they can spend more time with their families. But they love LA so it's likely they'll be back."
