James Franco Cast To Play James Dean In TNT Original Film

(DJC) - James Franco, star of the NBC series Freaks & Geeks, was cast as legendary film icon James Dean in the upcoming TNT Original film JAMES DEAN: AN INVENTED LIVE, which starts production in Los Angeles next month. Franco was cast after an exhaustive casting search that spanned New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and other cities. Academy Award-nominated director Mark Rydell will direct the two hour film.
