article imageStrippers pose as paralegals to enter Miami's Federal jail

By Katerina Nikolas     Dec 2, 2011 in World
Miami - Pole dancers from South America are offering legal advice to inmates in Miami's Federal Detention Center, by posing as paralegals in order to visit rich drug barons. The inmates are enjoying the prison strip tease show provided.
Potential jail birds looking for the finer things whilst banged up behind bars would do well to consider Miami, Fl., as the ideal place to serve their time. The Federal Detention Center in Miami is fast becoming the place to be for drugs barons who have the misfortune to be caught.
The Miami New Times exposed widespread abuse of inmate privileges, as alcohol and cash are smuggled in by exotic strippers and pole dancers posing as paralegals. Hard cash buys beautiful young women from South America who ensure the drug lords aren't too deprived on the inside. Inmates' lawyers list the women as legal assistants as the prison does not verify the standing of paralegals.
As no checks are carried out on legal assistants the MNT says the accusations are difficult to prove. A private investigator stated "Everyone knows about it. We call them the 'little hoochie mamas'... They are making a mockery out of the prison system here."
