Passengers on Ryanair could soon start watching porn in the air if the airline's boss Michael O'Leary succeeds in his plan to launch an in-flight web offer similar to hotel room pay-TV services.
According to The Sun, a Ryanair app available on iPads or smartphones would allow porno lovers in-flight to log in and pay to view sex scenes while those with other interests like gambling and gaming are also catered for.
"I'm not talking about having it on screens on the back of seats for everyone to see. It would be on handheld devices," The Sun quotes Mr O'Leary as saying. "Hotels around the world have it, so why wouldn't we?"
The huge cost of securing the needed broadband connection for its planes means the plan could take at least a year to get off the ground, says the Irish airline known for its cost cutting measures.
A spokesman said however no decision has been taken for now.
