You may have seen them being shared by Facebook friends. Perhaps you saw them being tweeted. Or maybe you stumbled upon them through an email. If you've seen these Halloween house videos, you're among millions who have reveled in a viral craze.
Two videos featuring coordinated Halloween lighting and music have gone viral on YouTube this week, putting them into the Top 10 charts around the world.
The two videos uploaded by YouTube user KJ92508 have attracted nearly 8 million views since being uploaded on Oct. 21 and Oct. 22.
The first video titled "Halloween Light Show 2011 - Party Rock Anthem" features an intricate light show set to "Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO.
The second video is called "Halloween Light Show 2011 - This is Halloween." This video features the same house but lighting is set to the song "This is Halloween" from the Tim Burton movie Nightmare Before Christmas.
As of Oct. 28, the video set to "Party Rock Anthem" was the most shared video in the United States and one of the top 10 most shared videos in the UK and Australia, reports Relaxnews.
