article imageMan firebombs Taco Bell for not putting enough meat in Chalupas

By Kevin Fitzgerald     Oct 28, 2011 in Crime
A Georgia man detonated a Molotov cocktail in a Taco Bell drive-thru because he claims the fast food restaurant did not give him enough meat in his Chalupas.
An unidentified man who still remains at large ordered two XL Chalupas to go. He later phoned the restaurant to complain that his Chalupas were not filled with enough meat and demanded that the mistake be corrected.
According to WKMG 6 Miami, the customer became irate and began using racial slurs when the store manager told him on the phone that they would be unable to correct his order since the store was about to close for the night. He then offered to come by and "redecorate" the place.
The manager stated that a little while later a strong gasoline smell was present, and realized that it was a fire happening just outside the drive-thru window.
A police officer patrolling the area just before 5:00 am Sunday drove by and noticed the fire.
Fortunately, there have been no reports of any injuries or extensive damage.
According to International Business Times, authorities are finding it difficult to identify the man because the surveillence video monitoring the drive-thru was not sufficient enough to identify the suspect. Plus, the restaurant's phone does not have caller ID.
