Bainbridge - An Ohio woman wearing only tennis shoes, fishnet stockings, and a g-string was arrested after leading police on a high speed chase reaching speeds of 128 mph. The woman had been intoxicated.
The chase happened during the early morning hours of October 11 along Route 422.
Police initially clocked the vehicle driving at a dangerous speed of 110 mph. When the vehicle did not stop after being instructed to pull over, police officers began their high-speed pursuit.
Fox 8 Cleveland reports that police were able to stop the vehicle by laying a row of stop sticks across the road which disabled both tires on the vehicle's left side after driving over them.
Police detained 28-year-old Erin B. Holdsworth, who became combative and unruly after being placed in the back of a police cruiser. She repeatedly kicked the cruiser's back window in a fit of rage.
According to Live Leak, Holdsworth faces charges of operating a vehicle while impaired, refusing to take a blood alcohol test, fleeing and alluding, criminal damage, driving under a suspended license, speeding, and reckless operation of a vehicle.
Holdsworth was taken to Geauga County Safety Center where she was booked. She has since been released on bail.
Holdsworth is due back in court on November 2 to face the criminal charges.
