A small, vintage plane has crashed at an air show in Nevada reportedly killing at least 12 people and injuring dozens of others.
A World War II era fighter plane crashed into the stands at the National Championship Air Races and Air Show in Reno, Nevada. Initial reports say more than 75 people were injured in the crash, but a spokesman at the air show described it as '
mass causality ' situation.
The plane went down around 4:15 p.m. PT Friday into the box seat area at the front of the grandstand. The final rounds had been slated for the weekend.
