British troops stationed in Afghanistan have spent their free time creating, filming and editing their own music video using the Journey song 'Don't Stop Believin' featured on the first season of the hit show Glee and it's become a YouTube sensation.
Recently a group of good-natured soldiers, who are part of a large contingent of military personnel from the United Kingdom serving in Afghanistan, uploaded a video onto YouTube that has become the latest viral success story.
Inspired by a performance from the cast of the television series Glee, the men can be seen in 'their version' of the hit Journey song bobbing up and down to the beat of the music behind the doors of the servicemen's showers.
The soldiers clown around in the video singing, dancing, eating and exercising to the Journey tune while lip-syncing the words to the song, 'Don't Stop Believin.'
The video has been viewed by almost 75,000 people in just a few days and has been commented on over 500 times since it was posted on the YouTube site.
One commenter said, "Wonderful video which shows teamwork and camaraderie so essential to do a very stressful job at times. The heat and the odd working hours and being away form home take its toll. This kind of fun and letting off steam so essential and a great boost to their moral . It sounds as if the whole world loves it. Well done lads. From a Mum who knows."
Another said, "Great job guys - great to see you having some fun. Stay safe!"
