Godmanchester - It has been reported that an abandoned kitten currently being held by animal rescue is being overlooked for adoption due to her similarities to Adolf Hitler.
The six-week-old kitten - named Kitler - has a black mark above her mouth, similar to the mustache of the former Nazi leader.
Kitler is currently at the Wood Green Animal Shelter in Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire, after she was abandoned by a roadside in severe condition.
In an interview with the Telegraph, the center’s spokeswomen Tara Dundon, said: "We re-home five and a half thousand animals every year but we cannot find a loving owner for Kitler. We think her unusual markings are putting people off,"
She added: "Kitler is an adorable little girl who will make a wonderful addition to the right family. She is really playful and a typical sweet kitten."
