Miami - The Bulls took back-to-back tough losses in this playoff series, and had a chance to tie the series up at two games apiece but went cold late. Mike Miller was one of the reasons the Heat pulled off the victory by scoring 12 points off the bench.
The Miami Heat (58-24) has not lost back-to-back games in this playoff, and has not been past five games either. The Chicago Bulls (62-20) have had trouble winning this post-season, but have found ways to pull it off until this series. The Bulls jumped out in game one to win by 21-points, but have struggled to score late in the fourth quarter.
Mike Bibby made a jumper, and LeBron James made a pair of free-throws to give the Heat a 4-0 lead. Joakim Noah got a tip-in and Carlos Boozer made a pair of free-throws to tie it up at four-points apiece. Luol Deng and Derrick Rose made buckets to give the Bulls an 8-4 lead. Dwyane Wade made a jumper to get the Heat within two-points, but Keith Bogans answered with a three-pointer.
The score was 11-6 until LeBron James made a pair of free-throws to make it a three-point deficit for the Heat. The Joakim Noah made a tip-in that started an 8-0 run that included a monster dunk from Derrick Rose. Chicago held a 19-10 lead then they went cold for the rest of the quarter. LeBron James scored the last eight-points of the quarter to get the Heat within three-points, 19-16.
Chris Bosh opened the second quarter with a three-point play that tied the game up at 19 points apiece, and Mario Chalmers made a three-pointer to give the Heat their first lead of the game. The Heat and Bulls traded baskets and the lead as Mike Miller made a three-pointer to make it a 26-24 lead.
C.J. Watson scored six straight points for the Bulls during that stretch and made the basket to tie it up at 28 points apiece. The Bulls went on a 9-0 run that was capped off by a pair of layups from Dwyane Wade. Chicago scored the next six points as they got within three-points, 37-34.
Mario Chalmers made a three-pointer to make it 40-34 only to Luol Deng answer with a three-pointer of his own. Derrick Rose made back-to-back three-point plays off big dunks to tie the game up at 40 points apiece and give the Bulls a 43-42 lead. Joel Anthony made a pair of free-throws to tie the game and take the lead 44-43. Luol Deng finished with the half with a three-pointer to give the Bulls a 46-44 lead going into halftime.
LeBron James made a jumper to tie the game up at 46 points apiece to open the third quarter. Luol Deng broke the tie as the Bulls went on a 11-0 run that gave the Bulls a 57-48 lead. Mike Bibby ended the Heat drought with a three-pointer and Chris Bosh made a jumper to get them within four-points.
Carlos Boozer made a pair of buckets to give the Bulls a 61-55 lead. Derrick Rose made a layup then Chris Bosh answered with a jumper for the Heat. The Bulls had a 65-57 lead after a pair of Boozer free-throws. LeBron James scored the next six points which got the Bulls within two-points, 65-63. Derrick Rose came down and made a three-pointer to give the Bulls a 68-63 lead going into the final period.
The fourth quarter opened with Derrick Rose making a technical free-throw that gave the Bulls a 69-63 lead. LeBron James answered with a layup and Mike Miller made a three-pointer to get the Heat within one-point. Miller made another jumper to give the Heat a 70-69 lead, and LeBron James made a pair of free-throws to make it a three-point game.
Joakim Noah got a dunk to get the Bulls within one-point, 72-71. Derrick Rose made a pair of free-throws to give the Bulls a one-point lead, and Luol Deng made a jumper to make it a 75-72 lead. Carlos Boozer made a layup to keep their lead, but Boozer was hit with a flagrant foul on Chris Bosh which got the Heat within one-point. Mike Miller made another jumper to give the Heat a 78-77 lead. Boozer made a three-point play that gave the Bulls the lead back 80-78.
Mike Miller made a jumper to tie the game up then Derrick Rose made a layup to give the Bulls an 82-80 lead. LeBron James made a three-point play that gave the Heat a one-point lead. Chris Bosh made a jumper that gave Miami an 85-84 lead and forced Chicago to take a timeout. Rose later made a free-throw that tied it up at 85 points apiece.
During the end of the game the Heat put LeBron James on Derrick Rose and kept him out of the paint late. Rose had a chance to win the game in regulation and instead of driving to the basket he settled for a jumper that he missed.
Chris Bosh made a pair of free-throws to open the overtime period, and later made a jumper to give the Heat a 89-85 lead. Corey Brewer made a three-pointer to get the Bulls within one-point, 89-88. Dwyane Wade made a jumper and LeBron James later made a layup to give the Heat a 93-89 lead. Wade later got a steal that lead to a layup that gave the Heat a 95-89 lead. Luol Deng made a pair of free-throws, but that only cut the Heats lead down to four-points.

LeBron James made a jumper and Dwyane Wade made a pair of free-throws to give the Heat a 99-91 lead. Wade had got a block on Derrick Rose which the Heat recovered and got to Wade for his free-throws. Kyle Korver made a, but the Heat had James seal the game with a pair of free-throws.
Derrick Rose led the Bulls in scoring with 23 points with six assists and seven turnovers. Carlos Boozer scored 20 points with 11 rebounds as Luol Deng also scored 20 points, but had eight rebounds with three-steals.
LeBron James led the Heat with 35 points with six rebounds and assists. Chris Bosh scored 22 points with six rebounds, and Dwyane Wade struggle offensively to score 14 points, but had some late key blocks to help seal the victory.
Mike Miller came off the bench to score 12 points to lead the bench in scoring and give the Heat the boost they needed to pull out the victory.
The series will not shift back to Chicago for a must win game five for the Bulls. The game will be played Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 8:30 PM (EST).
