Shoreditch - A balding man has come up with an innovative idea to raise money for charity. Matt Stafford suffers from alopecia, but he insists on turning a negative into a positive.
The American-born father-of-two lives in Shoreditch, London, and is selling his bald patch as advertising space on eBay.
Stafford will temporarily tattoo any advert on the side of his head for a flat fee of £215. The proceeds will be donated to the Little Princess Trust, a charity which provides wigs to young people who have suffered hair loss through the treatment of cancer.
Stafford said:
"I went to the doctors and found out it was stress-related alopecia. It made me think how I can turn a negative into a positive. I want to get it in people's faces and spread the message about the Little Princess Trust."
