Protest organizations like PeaceStrike, Tamil Society and other local British activist groups are also there to join in the festivities.
Emi, who volunteers for the PeaceStrike organization, said that it is a great event to able to get their message across the British public.
As they were setting up their tents, Emi mentioned that policemen approach and told them that their placards will be covered by British flags and wedding publicity materials when the wedding commences.
Emi said that they will have to keep their ears and eyes open and will have a plan on what to do when the British police come.
