article imageLawsuits keep Charlie Sheen tied in court hearing Tuesday in L.A.

By Leo Reyes     Apr 19, 2011 in Entertainment
Popular actor Charlie Sheen faces two court cases Tuesday in Los Angeles involving a child custody case of his twins by Brooke Mueller and a breach of contract against his former employer.
The breach of contract case involves Sheen's lawsuit against his former employer. That lawsuit, filed in March, names Warner Bros. and Chuck Lorre, creator of "Two and a Half Men."
Sheen seeks punitive damage and recovery of unpaid wages. He was fired in March.
The child custody case arose from Brooke Mueller's going back to rehab following a crazy week of binging ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.
"TMZ broke the story ... Brooke refused a drug test Friday, which she was required to take as part of her custody settlement with Charlie Sheen", TMZ reports.
"Sheen's lawyers are going to court on Tuesday to raise the issue, and we're told Brooke's move is a preemptive strike", the report said
"Sources say Brooke disappeared for a time this week during her binging. TMZ obtained surveillance video of Brooke attempting to get money for jewelry at an Inglewood pawn shop" TMZ added.
On Sheen's custody case involving his twins by Mueller, Sheen is seeking full custody of the kids and will ask the judge for the termination of child support on account of Mueller's return to drug rehabilitation.
In the meantime, Sheen's former wife Denise Richards has offered to take informal custody of Sheen's twin with Mueller while their mother is in rehab or when things get stabilized.
"I'll keep you posted", Charlie Sheen told Denise.
