Restraining order against Sheen to be dropped

After weeks of making headlines, dropping his own catch-phrases, being fired and having his chidlren taken away by the police, this might be a turn in Charlie Sheen's favor.

Charlie Sheen has been making the rounds of talk shows, making his own online program, and pitching his own program ideas to producers Charlie Sheen has been staying in the headlines by making his own almost everytime their was a camera or recorder around him. At one point he was even seen welding a macchetti from the roof top of a Los Angeles office building. Hetalked about soboring up in an hour because he wanted to and that he was on a "drug" he was on "Charlie Sheen." He had hung around with strippers, going on vacation with them along with his children and ex-wife. It was on that trip that ex-wife Brooke Mueller left early from the vacation. Now it appears that a restraining order taken out by Brooke Mueller will not be extended. Back on March 1st Mueller took out her restraining order according to People.com but that she would not drag Sheen back into court in order to extend it. The restraining order stripped Sheen of custody of their twin sons Bob and Max age 2. According to LA Superior Court spokeswoman Elizabeth Martinez, "An attorney in the case asked that it be taken off the calendar."
