When an elderly lady accidentally forgot her purse leaving it behind in a grocer's shopping cart two suspects took it and used the victim's credit card buying electronics, clothing and liquor.
It didn't take long for an elderly Vaughan woman, 76, to become a victim of crime last month report York Regional Police. On January 26 the victim went to Fortino's Supermarket at 3940 Highway 7. When she finished her shopping she left her purse in the shopping cart accidentally and left the area.
Shortly after the woman got home MasterCard was on the phone. The credit card company had called advising of suspicious activity on her credit card. Within 30 minutes suspects had racked up over $4,000 of merchandise on the victim's credit card.

Suspect #1 is a female with medium length black hair worn in a pony tail with glasses. She was wearing a black coat, jeans and carrying a purse.
