Antigo - A 14-year-old Green Bay fan Cockatoo bird has sung a verse and dedicated it to his favorite team who will appear in the Super Bowl on Sunday.
The cockatoo Dusty and his owner Bob Curran are from Antio, Wisconsin and are both rooting for the home team. Dusty is reported to be a genuine cheese head and fan.
Myfoxtwincities reports: Dusty, a 14-year-old Umbrella Cockatoo from Antio, Wis., is rooting for his home team. “I love the Green Bay Packers,” he says. Dusty’s owner, Bob Curran, says the cheese-loving bird gets his feathers in a ruffle watching games on TV.”
Dusty is reported to be a fan of what Bob calls “The Wild Thing” which consists of bobbing his head up and down in a frantic manner.
WSAW reports: “Bob and Mary Curran say their pet truly loves the pack, and every Sunday during football season, Dusty joins the family in front of the TV. "Dusty was born in 1996, in fact the Monday after the Super Bowl he will be 15 years old, and he's been with us that long," said Bob Curran. Dusty has a vast vocabulary and likes to do the "wild thing," which is basically bobbing his snow white head up and down.”
They say Dusty is a true fan and native from Wisconsin because of his love for real cheese as well.
