A 33-year-old Argentine woman jumped from the 23rd floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires and landed on the roof of a taxi below and lived.
TMZ reports: “According to the AP, the 30-year-old woman landed in a sitting position, was rushed to a nearby hospital and is being operated on for internal bleeding, broken hips and ribs.
The woman fell nearly 330 feet.”
The woman leaped from the top of the Hotel Crown Plaza Panamericano. A taxi driver reported that he saw a policeman looking up and he exited his cab before the impact.
The Capecodtimes reports: “The taxi driver, who gave his name as Miguel, reportedly said he saw a policeman looking up and that prompted him to get out just before the driver's side of the car was smashed by the woman's body. Another taxi driver, Juan Carlos Candame, told Associated Press Television News that he saw the woman climb over a barrier and jump into the void.”
The woman landed, smashing the roof of the taxi right after the driver had exited.
