New York - If the New Year resolution is to get in shape but high intensity regimens challenge physical conditioning then there is Kangoo hip hop a new dance craze from New York City.
Instructor Mario Godiva Green a fitness expert and resident of New York City has combined the advantages of Kangoo boots with high energy low impact routines. The boot originally designed in Switzerland provides for the impact on knees and resulting knee problems.
