Dying man's father pleading for attacker to come forward

By Jozefina Ndoci     Dec 28, 2010 in World
Melbourne - A father pleads for the person who left his 37-year-old sun fighting for his life to come forward since he says the attacker has ruined his own life too due to stupidity.
At around 6am (AEDT) this morning, Maxwell Chapmen was knocked unconscious and then elbowed in the head. A bodyguard went to his rescue, however the attacker had already left.
It is believed that the two men had gotten into an argument already and then Chapmen was knocked directly to the ground in one blow outside the King Street's nightclub strip in Melbourne.
According to heraldsun.com.au, Victim Chapmen, the father of the victim, is begging the attacker to come forward and hand himself in. He believes that the offender has already ruined his son's life and his own with his stupidity of causing such a disaster.
Adelaide Now states that Maxwell Chapmen is now in critical condition in the Alfred Hospital, Melbourne.
