Filipino singing sensation Charice was rushed to a hospital in Singapore Saturday due to food poisoning, according to her mother who posted the news on her Twitter account
The information posted on Twitter says "she had a slight stomach ache due to the sushi that she ate in the green room.”

Circulating tweets, meanwhile, also stated that according to Charice’s Philippine manager Grace Mendoza, the young chanteuse suffered from food poisoning and had to be taken to the hospital for “safety precautions.”
It was not only Charice who had to be taken to the hospital, Mommy Raquel added, but also “all of the staff of the DFF” [David Foster and Friends].
Charice, together with David Foster and Friends, are in Singapore for the last leg of their Asian concert tour which covered Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore.
In all the countries where Charice performed with David Foster and Friends, they were all well received with multiple standing ovations.
Scheduled press conference on Saturday had been canceled due to the food poisoning incident but late report says the Singapore concert will proceed as scheduled.
