Toronto - Toronto voters have headed to the polls to cast their ballot for the city's next mayor and their ward's next city councillor and school board trustee. Who won? Who will lead the city of Toronto? Our liveblog tracked the results as they come in.
After more than 100 mayoral debates, after dozens of press conferences, after all of the news releases and after the entire meet and greets, the political fate of Toronto’s municipal candidates have come down to tonight.
Toronto voters have now chosen who they want to lead the city for the next four years, who they want to best represent their ward at city hall and who is best able to provide an education for their ward’s constituents.
The polling stations closed at 8 p.m. and the results are coming in every minute. Below are the results for the top mayoral candidates and the city councillor and public school trustee candidates.
