Brand, 35, and Perry, 25, were married at the Aman-e-Khas luxury resort outside India's Ranthambhore tiger sanctuary on October 24.
The couple met at the MTV Video Music Awards when Brand hosted the event in September 2009. He proposed to Perry outside the Taj Mahal in December.
According to the
BBC, Press Trust of India reported that 21 camels, elephants and horses formed part of Brand's wedding procession. There were also traditional dancers and musicians.
There were reports that four photographers, who were following in a vehicle behind Brand’s, were attacked by one of his security people while travelling through the wildlife reserve.
TVNZ reported that a bodyguard smashed camera equipment and injured a photographer before taking the vehicle keys and leaving them stranded in the reserve.
The Times of India reported that, following the trip through the park, Brand said: "I'm happy to come back to India. I enjoyed the safari ride. It was fantastic and mind blowing. I was lucky to see the tiger. It was a wonderful experience.”
Brand and Perry sold the exclusive rights to photos of their wedding to a London-based magazine.
