A judge has issued and arrest warrant for actress Lindsay Lohan following a failed drug test. The warrent requires Lohan to personally appear in court or face arrest.
The trouble of Lindsay Lohan have not ended. It was reported on Saturday in Digital Journal and now has been confirmed that Lohan has failed at least one drug test which is a violation of her probation stemming from a DUI charge.
Monday Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden Fox issued a branch warrant stating that Lohan must appear in court or be arrested. Fox warned Lohan before that for every failed drug test she would face 30 days in jail. Now People is reporting that Lindsey Lohan has actually failed two tests. People is claiming that Lohan failed a test for cocaine and then one for amphetamines.
Lohan already has spent 13 days in jail and posted this comment on her Twitter page, "This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions." Nightly talk show hosts have already incorporated the troubles of the 24 year old actress into their skits Monday as "Chelsea Lately" starting Chelsea Handler opened with the news of Lohan's failed drug tests.
