Three Toronto teens charged with 20 counts-loaded gun seized

Toronto - Just after midnight on Monday police were called to Empringham Drive in Toronto to investigate a person with a gun call.
When officers arrived at the scene they located a group of about 20 males standing in front of an address on Empringham Drive. Three of the men ran from the police when one of the squad cars pulled up. Shortly after the three surrendered to police at the scene.
During a search of the unit police located a loaded .38 calibre revolver.
A Toronto teen, 19, has been charges with failure to comply with probation, possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition, unauthorized possession of a restricted weapon, possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, possession of a restricted weapon obtained by the commission of an offence and dangerous weapons.
A Toronto teen, 15, has been charged with failure to comply with recognizance, failure of firearm contrary to prohibition order, possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition, unauthorized possession of a restricted weapon, possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, possession of a restricted weapon obtained by the commission of an offence and dangerous weapons.
A Toronto teen, 16, has been charged with failure to comply with probation, obstruction of a peace officer, unauthorized possession of a restricted weapon, possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized, possession of a restricted weapon obtained by the commission of an offence and dangerous weapons.
