The Telegraph reported that the teacher had been seeking an injunction against the 14-year-old girl to stop her from drawing rabbits or claiming that the woman had a paralyzing fear of rabbits.
Witnesses told the judge that the woman had run from the classroom, crying, when she saw that a rabbit had been drawn on the blackboard.
The girl who had been accused denied that she was the one who had done the drawings.
Two years ago, at a different school, the teacher took a teenager to court. In that case, a settlement was reached in which the student agreed to never again claim the woman freaked out when she saw a rabbit or heard the word.
A pupil from that school was attending the school where the teacher had begun working, and told others about the woman’s fear of rabbits.
The woman has a month during which she can appeal the verdict.
A fear of rabbits is known as leporiphobia.
