The Homicide Bureau of Peel Regional Police has arrested another man in connection to the murder of 17-year-old Adrian Ducas. Ducas was slain at Malton Community Centre in Mississauga on July 3, 2010.
On Saturday investigators located and arrested Kevaughn Tulloch, 20, of Toronto and charged him with first-degree murder. He had previously been unidentified.
After a court appearance on Sunday Tulloch was remanded into custody pending a future appearance.
Police are still looking for Christopher Raphael. There is a Canada-wide warrant for Raphael's capture. He is also wanted for fist-degree murder charges in the death of Ducas.
Investigators advise that anyone who is currently assisting Raphael in hiding from, or evading the police, is committing a criminal offence, and are liable to be arrested and charged accordingly.
Anyone with information regarding the location of Christopher Raphael, or any of the other suspects, is urged to call their local police service, or Peel Regional Police’s Homicide Bureau at (905) 453-2121, ext. 3205.
