Birmingham - Dale Peterson, Alabama Agriculture Commission, candidate vows to name names and take no prisoners in his TV advertisement that is attracting attention for this farmer, businessman, cop and former marine and he plans to show the people he means business.
Dale Peterson has became the world's most famous candidate for state agriculture commissioner, thanks to an ad that's the talk of the Internet.
The campaign commercial features the Alabama Republican riding a horse, wearing a white cowboy hat, carrying a gun. Peterson blasts the people in charge of his state's Agriculture Commission as "thugs and criminals" -- and accuses his opponents of taking illegal contributions and "stealing yard signs in the dark of night."
"We're Republicans," Peterson scolds as he lifts what looks like a Winchester lever-action rifle into the frame. "We should be better than that."
Every state has its special challenges, and one of Alabama's is agriculture. Agriculture in Alabama is broken. Every day we lose three family farms. Every year, we lose over 1,000 family farms. Why? Because our farmers can't make a living farming. What choice do they have? Sadly, they have no choice but to leave farming and find some other means to support their families says Peterson.

Peterson says he campaign will focus on three issues- leadership, profitability and job creation.
Ultimately, sustainable agriculture is about the people - and that includes every person involved with Alabama's agribusiness and every person in Alabama who depends on it, even those who don't yet understand the importance of agriculture in Alabama said Peterson.
The sensational video that has everyone is talking has attracted national attention and is being mentioned on blogs and news reports across the Internet since the story was first reported by The Other McCain, Stacy McCain a resident of Alabama.
McCain suggested on the web site that it's part of a Republican attention-getting strategy to enrage liberals such as MSNBC's Rachel Maddow so much that they talk about the ads on the air. That's exactly what happened with the controversial must see "We speak English" in Alabama- Learn it or Leave commercial that Alabama's Tim Brown, Republican Gubernatorial Candidate is airing.
