Ontario teacher alleged to have relationship with student

Uxbridge - A teacher at Uxbridge High School has been charged with allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a female student, 17.
The Durham Regional Police were notified by the school on April 27 after getting information about the alleged relationship between one of their students and a teacher.
The alleged relationship started two months ago after the teacher befriended the student this year. The alleged incidents did not take place on school property.
Charged with three counts of sexual exploitation is Christopher Sager, 29, of Markham. He has been released with the condition of ceasing all communication with the victim and to stay out of Durham Region except for court appearances.
Investigators want to ensure there are no other victims. Anyone with new information about this investigation is asked to contact Det. Hughes of the SAU at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5338. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or on the website at www.durhamregionalcrimestoppers.ca and tipsters are eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
