Warner Brothers has confirmed the release date for the third instalment of Christopher Nolan's "Batman" series. Speculations have run rampant in regards to the plot and actors involved in the third film of the blockbuster franchise.
Batman fans mark July 20, 2012 on your calendar. The National Post reports that Warner Brothers announced this week that the third Christopher Nolan “Batman” film will be released on that date but without giving any specific details onto the premise of the picture.
This film will be a sequel to the “The Dark Knight,” which was quite successful in theaters and on DVD. Director Christopher Nolan and screenwriter David Goyer are reportedly working very hard to make the film even more realistic than the previous two films, notes Entertainment and Showbiz.
Rumors have circulated all over the Internet that the film will revolve around the Riddler character and many feel Johnny Depp will take on the role as another Batman nemesis.
RTE Entertainment notes that the third film is still untitled as well.
