Jacksonville - A 21-year-old man was charged with murder after his mother's bloody, headless body was found inside her home. Her decapitated head which had been severed from her torso was found in a bag a few blocks away from where she lived on Sunday.
According to police, witnesses say they saw her son Jumar D. Henry leave the home carrying an identical looking bag and return minutes later empty handed.
Police say Jennifer Renee-Henry Ling, 43, was killed following an altercation with her son. Police say the murder weapon was a steak knife from her kitchen. Henry allegedly cut his mother's head off late Saturday evening.

Officers said that after the slaying, Henry went to visit his father, then went to church, where people noticed scratches on his face and blood under his fingernails and called police. Henry's sister, Saterica Stewart, told the Duval Sheriff's Dept that Henry had been acting strangely recently and he went to church to ask for forgiveness.
Police said Henry gave no reason for the murder of mother Jennifer Renee-Henry Ling. He is being held at the Duvall County Jail in Jacksonville, Florida.
As the Florida Times reports:
"At Henry's first appearance before a judge Monday afternoon, several family members were there to support him despite what he is accused of doing.
"We are here for my brother no matter what," said Saterica Stewart. "We miss my mother dearly, we do.... but she's in a better place."
Jumar D. Henry has been charged with murder. Suspects charged with murder are not eligible for bond in the State of Florida according to Duval County Prosecutor's office. Henry, who has one prior felony arrest but no prior convictions on his record and will remain in jail through the trial.
Police reports say Henry, with blood stains still on his hands and fingernails tried to leave the police department meeting with family members at which time he was forcibly restrained and arrested for the murder of his mother.
A call to the Duval Sheriff's Department and Security Division at Edward Waters College confirmed the location near Dot and Tyler Streets where Ling's decapitated head was found on a vacant lot owned by Edward Waters College.
