Berlin - StudyWorld 2010, the exhibition for study programmes all over the world, was hosted in Berlin at the Russian House of Science and Culture.
From April 23 to 24, StudyWorld 2010 offered its visitors personal consultation and comprehensive information regarding study programmes from all over the world. Over the two days of the exhibition, 180 exhibitors from 29 countries have presented their courses, programmes and services. These include universities and colleges from Germany and abroad, academic exchange organisations, as well as specialists in practical training placement. The Berlin’s Russian House of Science and Culture hosted the event.
This year, StudyWorld was focused on Spain with 30 Spanish educational institutions from all parts of the country represented at the Fair. Among them are 21 universities, which introduced attendees to their courses of study. Furthermore, the Foundation provided information about university admissions and financing an educational stay in Spain.
The Fair was accompanied by a seminar programme with 60 presentations on the topics of academic periods abroad and career planning. The organizers said that around 10,000 visitors from across Germany attended the Fair.
The Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) were ICWE’s partners in organising the event.
