Toronto - Families ate inside a Toronto McDonald's as a man fell to the ground after fleeing from gunmen. The man is now in serious condition at a local hospital.
As many as four suspects were seen fleeing a crime scene after a gun was used to shoot a man late Saturday at about 5:30 p.m east of the McDonald's on Dufferin Street north of Lawrence Avenue at 51 Blossomfield Road. The victim, a male in his twenties, fled the scene collapsing in front of the McDonalds.
Constable MacIntyre , Division 32, said that the man was shot in the right leg and is in serious condition at hospital. When asked about media reports that a suspect vehicle had been found MacIctyre said that was not accurate and that there are no reports coming in from his station about that.
