Manado - Another strong 6.2 magnitude earthquake happened near the earthquake-prone nation of Indonesia and Australia in the Molucca Sea on Monday.
As southern California and northern Mexico continue to experience numerous aftershocks from Sunday’s horrendous 7.2 magnitude earthquake, on the other side of the world occurred a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in the Molucca Sea near Indonesia, according to the United States Geological Survey.
There have been no reports of deaths, injuries or damages and no tsunami alert has been issued by the proper authorities.
The earthquake had a depth of 6.2 miles and was located 115 miles south of Manado and 1,320 miles northeast of Jakarta.
The Molucca Sea earthquake struck just moments after the Cayman Islands witnessed a 5.0 magnitude earthquake and Guatemala had a 4.7 magnitude earthquake.
