Orlando - Right-wing radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh described Florida Democratic Congressman Alan Grayson as a person who is "an order of fries short of a happy meal."
On Friday, conservative radio shock jock Rush Limbaugh called Florida Representative Alan Grayson on his radio program “looney tunes,” a “lunatic” and “an order of fries short of a happy meal.”
Limbaugh was discussing the recent news of the daughter who took a photograph of a sign that was posted on the front door of a Florida doctor’s office, which said that he won’t accept patients who supported President Barack Obama during the 2008 Presidential election, and noted that the picture was sent to Grayson’s office.
“If you voted for Obama ... seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your health care begin right now, not in four years."
The radio show host went on to describe Grayson in the most negative ways.
However, once Grayson received the news of Limbaugh’s criticisms, the Florida Congressman responded, reports the Hill, “If there is anyone who knows about Happy Meals, it’s Rush Limbaugh. He certainly has consumed a lot of them. He likes them with an oxycontin chaser.”
