Twitter is tonight experiencing more site issues, this time with user timelines only showing the logged in users tweets, and not any from anyone you are following.
It's unclear at this stage how many accounts have been affected, but many, including mine, have stopped showing tweets from other users from more than two hours ago. It's not just an API issue either - even visiting the Twitter site only shows me my tweets.
In fact, it looks like the issues are mirroring the problems that
occurred on the 28th of February. Almost all tweets have been removed from my timeline from the past 12 hours, with the most recent, apart from my own, 12 hours ago.

quick search on the site shows I'm not alone, with many users also reporting the issues.
Last month when this issue occurred, it took over 12 hours for the Twitter team to fix and acknowledge the problem - and so far once again there hasn't been any official word about the problems.
We'll continue to update this post as the outage continues.
Update 1: It looks like the problem isn't affecting all Twitter users, only some. Judging by the
amount of complaints though, it looks like a vast majority of users are having issues of some kind.
Update 2: Twitter have now fixed the problem. After noticing it some 4 hours after it began, they finally posted about it on the status blog.
We’re aware that some users are experiencing frozen timelines and are working to address the issue.
Update (3/14 10:25 AM): We’ve located and resolved the issue.
