Small town in southern Ontario rocked by multiple shootings

Belleville - Ameliasburgh, a quaint small town in southern Ontario's Prince Edward County, was rocked this morning by a shooting that left two women dead and another with life-threatening injuries.
Prince Edward County is on the north shore of Lake Ontario east of Toronto and west of Kingston. Ameliasburgh is south of Belleville, Ontario.
Police were called to a 911 call at about 6:10 a.m. on Valley Road, near Ameliasburgh. On arrival, police said two females were found dead and the third was taken to Kingston seriously wounded according to The Kingston Whig-Standard. The wounded victim was airlifted to Kingston with serious injuries. She is in critical condition.

The suspect in the case, believed to have been known to the victims, was the subject of an intense manhunt that ended at an auto repair shop in Trenton.
An employee at Millbro Automotive on Dundas St. E. said Ontario Provincial Police arrested a young man with dark hair in a brush cut shortly after 9:30 a.m. The suspect was arrested without incident, police said.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), investigating the incident, have yet to issue a media release.
