Their speeding silver SUV apparently struck cyclist, Oshra Bar, a twenty two year old political activist. She escaped injury despite her bike being damaged. The embassy is assuring people that an investigation was underway despite the driver, an Israeli employed by the embassy, denying hitting the woman.
