UPDATE:
Fox news is reporting that the pilot intentionally crashed the plane into the building, according topreliminary information from National Transportation Safety Board. An investigation is underway on an earlier fire incident involving the pilot’s home, shortly before the plane crash. The Austin-Bergstrom Airport states that the plane did not take off from their airport. Most likely the plane took off from a smaller aviation center where flight plans may not be a requirement.
