A little girl was sexually assaulted on Sunday at a Toronto sleep clinic in the Birchmount Road and Lawrence Avenue East area.
A girl, 10, was assaulted sexually by a sleep technician at a sleep clinic in Toronto.
Detective Constable Phil Campbell of the Toronto Police said that the name of the clinic can not be released due to privacy laws. The clinic is as far as he knows open to the public and not limited to children.
Campbell said that the child's parents came forward to the police.
Mohammed Shahid, 43, of Toronto, has been charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation. At this time it is not clear if Shahid will be released pending his hearing.
The police believe that there are more victims in this case.
