Less money for old age pensions in order to create a fund for young people leaving home at 18 years old. A new idea from the Italian Minister of Public Administration and Innovation
Less money for old age pensions in order to create a fund for young people who leave home at 18 years old. This is the new idea from the Italian Minister of Public Administration and Innovation, Renato Brunetta, which he presented yesterday, Sunday 24th, during the broadcast "Domenica-In" on the national channel RAI Uno.
A few days ago, the Minister had already proposed a law obliging anyone to go and live alone after legal age, to counter the tendency of Italian youthful to stay under the roof of their parents up to thirty years. In response, Massimo Donadi, president of the Members of the opposition party, Italia dei Valori, pointed out the foolishness of Brunetta's proposal, stressing that, to be able to leave the house, "Italian youthful need job." Now the counter-response by the Minister: a fund for young people that draws cash from the pension of their own parents.
The Italian Council of Minister denied any involvement in Brunetta's proposal, claiming that this is only his personal opinion.
Minister Brunetta is not new to provocations such this, as when he classified operators in the public sector as "lazy", those in the entertainment world as "parasites" , particularly arguing against the Italian directors, and the cops "pot-belly".
