Fox News has confirmed that they have signed Sarah Palin, former vice presidential running mate of John McCain and former Alaskan governor, as a contributor to their Fox News Channel
Palin has signed a multi-year deal with the Fox network. She will appear on a regular basis as per the agreement.
Palin will not have her own show. The
New York Times reports that the former Alaskan governor will host a series that will run on the network.
It had been speculated that when
Palin resigned from her position as Alaska's governor in July that she would move to television. The buzz at that time was that she would get her own talk show.
There is no word on the financial terms.
