Diners at Nikada Sushi Robata were robbed at gun point Monday night in Toronto. Two men in masks broke into the establishment demanding cash, jewelry and cellphones from frightened patrons.
The restaurant is located on McNicoll Avenue near Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue.
Constable Cotton told Digital Journal that two armed men entered the restaurant around 8 p.m. Monday evening. After they had robbed the diners they fled to a waiting van across the street. It is not known if a driver was in the van.
The suspects are black, between 5'8" and 6'2". One of the suspects was wearing a gray hoodie, black pants and red runners.
