The Phoenix Suns continued their troubles on the road, losing to the Portland Trailblazers as Jared Bayless scored 29 points off the bench.
The short manned Portland Trailblazers are trying to keep their season going to make the playoffs in the western conference. Portland is trying to catch up to the Phoenix Suns who have a game and a half ahead of the Trailblazers. Phoenix came to the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon to continue their winning streak.
The Portland Trailblazers leaped out to an early lead feeding the ball to power forward LaMarcus Aldridge, but was countered by the Suns who ended with a 55-48 halftime lead. Phoenix Suns' own power forward Amare Stoudemire scored 15 points and grabbed 6 rebounds to finish the first half.
Portland's guard Jared Bayless scored 11 first half points off of the bench and finished with a game high 29 points to help the Trailblazers make a comeback in the second half. Each team had five players re in double digits, but Portland had the offensive edge in the fourth quarter out scoring the Suns 35-21 winning the game 105-102.
