Adam Lambert's AMA performance may have been too over the top for most, but he is truly here for your entertainment. Does the new album hold true to its name?
His racy AMA performance certainly got a lot of heat, both in the room and due to its pushing of boundaries. His sexually charged performance stirred up lots of gossip up at hairdressers and workplaces and anywhere where talk can be had.
But, the question most people should want to know: is this album any good? While the AMA performance was racy in its visual, audio-wise...Adam Lambert's vocals still are second to none. His ability to hit notes are uncanny to almost any other artist.
For Your Entertainment, the title of Lambert's new CD, features a variety of different types of songs. Track number ten on the CD features a song co-written by the talented Lady Gaga. The album has already been called "an instant classic" by
The Huffington Post.
The Detroit News said, "It goes without saying that
For Your Entertainment is the most poised debut from any "Idol" to date. Lambert has a vision and has successfully honed a sound that pays homage to his heroes while carving a niche for himself."
Adam's vision is seen rather clearly with the new, and worth buying, album.
After all, he's here for your entertainment.
