Barack Obama is making his way through China, speaking out about freedom of speech and other issues as Chinese authorities keep a close watch.
Two Presidents with very different views on freedom of speech will sit down for second round of bilateral talks Tuesday. The Voice of America News reports that U.S. President Barack Obama and Chinese President Hu Jintao will meet to discuss the economy, climate change and the nuclear programs of both Iran and North Korea in Beijing. Mr. Obama is also expected to bring up the topic of human rights. The Wall Street Journal reports that the President is under the tightest scrutiny of any that have proceeded him in visiting China, making it tough for him to project certain ideals and beliefs.
The two men held their first talks on Monday. Also, on that day, President Obama spoke to students in Shanghai about some touchy subjects. The Associated Press' Mark Smith is traveling with the President
